How did it go? I hope good news...

Hello, Thank you in advance for any help or advice, I moved into this property 2008, Part buy part share, I have paid Mortgage with no fail, but the rent I stopped paying feb 2010, because I got a son, since then I could not pay the rent, (not a good excuse so I've been told by C.A.B and council). so now I am £6987.24 in arrears, I received letter from A2dominion (housing as.) solicitors, they basically telling me I have breached the Lease Agreement-and that I have to contact A2dominion and propose to clear the arrears, and that they have written to my mortgage lender... and told me I should seek advice from local law centre, C.A.B or local Firm of Solicitors, C.A.B prcatically told me there's nothing to be done to help me. Solicitors I don't think I can afford. -A2dominion only woke up to my arrears because I emailed by mistake the finance manager regarding a defect in the flat, but apart from that they never contacted me regarding the arrears. Looking forward to help and replies...
