dint bother wiith bank charges but have got sars back from mbna could anyone tell me were to start just so many pages and what charges,can i try to claim back, sorry for being so stupid but realy don't have a clue whaat im doing many thanks any help is much appreciated:?: -

got sar back from bank today dont know were to start any advice -
aegis and mbna r all one aegis is the debt department of mbna are the account managers as they ahve worded on my letter phone num 08081013406 are write to customer assistance ,mbna ebl po box 30 chester ch4 9fd i have a letter from mbna on one side of page mbna on back of page agegis so they r connected hope this helps

my husband got an mbna creditd card in december 2005 cant find first agrrement just he has had load of charges put on it and it has went well over limit and we r really struggling i was wondering how i go about getting a copy of agreement and how do i know if it is enforable r not many thanks

when they tried to take dd out of bank for a loan he has and wasnt enough money in to cover it and DD sent back he got charge £30 a time which then put him over his limit and incurred more charges is that no good -

yes it is credit card -
my husband hasnt been wll over past few yars he had paid an agremnt with mbna and afew other credit cards but hasnt ben able to keep up agreements now mbna have asked for full payment of £3448.08 by 6th march alot of this was th result of charges which then put him over his limit and i am really in a panic dont know wat to do and dont hav that kind of money any help would be really apprciated thank u:sad:
