Hi, I was a FD customer, tahnkfully I won £2,500 worth of charges, Now im with A & L, I was +£3 in my account, I had £100 being transfered to my account, this was going through today. 2 Direct Debits went through on saturday - I didnt think DD'd went through on a weekend so I thought I was safe for money being in my account today?! I have been charged £34 per DD failing and they are only going to refund me back for one. The DD's are only for £27 and £23 so they have screwed up my direct debits as the money in would have covered these direct debits Does this make sence? Can anyone give me any ideas on how we can get round this, they have offered me one charge back, as this is illegal then i should be allowed it all back but A & L say that I need to write in for the second

I replied by fax and thats it for the full offer. Do you think that will be ok? Or will I need to send it via post too? -
It does feel rather good. Its a good savings setup. Did anyone see it on "this morning" this morning, Martin from moneysavingexpert.com said that you will be able to get away with it until they actually have to reduce their charges.....

The thing I would like to know is: I have made a claim, won the claim but they havent asked for when I have been charged and so on. They havent had the excel spreadsheet that I created so couldnt anyone claim? PS - to the people who have won, how long till it goes into my account?

Is that what I really want though? i would like it to be settled, rather than dragging on. Couldnt i say thankyou for the offer, but if you dont pay the full amount then I will be forced to continue my claim? Not in those words obviously!

Hi Guys, Can anyone tell me (Who has won) how long it takes DG solicitors to aknowledge the case? Cheers guys

yeah I dont mind waiting. Will be nice to have my money back and to donate some to this site because it has been amazing. A lot of my friends are now on here plotting a plan to take their money back. Im looking at the moneyclaim site everyday. I have 2 weeks until my holiday so fingers crossed that it is resolved by then!
-
What do you reckon the chances are of me getting my money back? If they decline it then will I have to go to court?
