how do i pm someone.im really worried now as i cant aford to apply again

that is basically what i put,i didnt use any template

i said i was claiming for unlawful bank charges as i didnt agree with the amounts i was being charged for going over my overdraft or for direct debits been returned.how can they not understand this.its simple enough i want my money back that they have took off me.now im gettingworried

i recieved a copy of the bnks a/q today fromthe solicitors. not sure what the first word says as its all squiggles it says p--------- to cpr 3.4(2)(a),the defendant would ask the court to strike out this claim.The claimant has not shown that she has reasonable grounds for bringignthe claim and despite the defendant requesting that the claimant remedy the lack of particularity pleaded in the particulars of claim within 14 days,the claimant has only provided the attatched letter and an updated schedule of charges.The defendant therefore respectfully requests that the claim be struck out. w2hat does this mean.has anyone else had the same or am i not gnna be getting my charges back.

hi,well still nothing in the post so i took my a/q and £100 to the courts this afternoon.they said there is a bit of a backlogue on applications so im not sure how long it will be or what is going to happen next,can anyone help.has anyone else been to hand in a/q

£1890 in charges,hoping i wasnt gonna have to go the courts coz its 40 mins away from me but lloks like ill be goiung

well i thought i might of had a nice cheque in the post this morning as the allocation auestionaire is due at the courts tomorrow but there was nothing,so looks like ill be off to the courts in the morning.has anyone else done this and if so what happens after i have took it to the court

they said they want a minimum of 10 each acount a month,they said thye wouldnt put a hold on it anymore.i have got the a/q to be handed in by the 12th september so im just waiting to see if they pay up before then.on one account i am claiming 964 and the other is 784.

I recieved a letter from the natwest today regarding outstanding balances on my accounts (because of charges of course)It says i have 8 days to respond to the letter with payment in full or offer of repayment.the amounts outstanding are £701.60 and £963.25.They also rang me to see if i had an offer and when i said my accounts were in dispute thay said i would still ahve to start making repayments.do i have to do this or not.help and advice would be great

not a thing just waiting til the daythe a/q due and hope i get paid before then.if not ill be on my way to the court first thing

ive just got a letter this morning from cobbetts.dont understand it really.can anyone help.it says 1. this defence is filed and served without prejudice to the right of the defendant to apply for summary judgement in respect of and/or to strike out the particulars of claim. 2.The defendant is embarassed by the lack of particularity pleaded in the particulars of claim to the extent that the particulars of claim fail to disclose reasonable grounds for bringing a claim against the defendant.in particular; 2.1 The particulars of claim set out no facts indicating what the claim is about,are incoherent and do not disclose any legally recognisable claim against the defendant. 3. the defendant invites the claimant to remedy the above.In the evnt that the claimant fails to do so within 14 days of the service of the defence then the defendant will apply to the court for an order strikingout the particulars of claim. 4.the defendant reserves the right to plead further to the particulars of claim once and if the claimant properly particularises the same.In the meantime,it is denied that the claimant is entitled to the relief clamed or any relief whether as pleaded or at all. this was signe by lynsey clare burgoyne. Does anyone know what i am supposed to do now what i am supposed to say to them.HELP

it said the defence was filed on 21/08. so what is going to happen next.do the solicitors contact me or am i gonna have to go to court now.
