Iv a dept of £2630 with mint passed to triton, I made the first 3 monthly payments but could not afford the final settlement, I offered £1500 as I could get help off mother but wanted it as a final and full settlement. They agreed on £1840 but do not understand that it will be marked as part settlement but they say it will show to other enquires as satisfied?? Can u help
