  1. I am over the moon to let everyone know that Lee has sorted out this default issue for me. I have just checked my credit file online and can confirm that all adverse action that vodafone had placed on my file has now been REMOVED!! and my report is back to normal. Thanks to Lee from Vodafone and CAG for making it possible. Brilliant news Locus

  5. I have recently found out that Vodafone via a debt collecting agency are chasing me for £68. I have also found that they have issued a default in august this year! My contract ran out in November 2009 but they say it wasn't cancelled correctly. I gave notice to cancel in march 2009 as I switched to new provider. My vodafone account was not used by me and was placed on the minimum tarif. They told me the contract expired in november and I didn't have to do anything further. Apparently the contract wasn't cancelled and continued to exist for three months after november 2009 where I allegedly failed to pay them when I believed the account had been terminated! Now I have this default which will cause me untold financial problems for my family and my future. My credit file is completely clean apart from this. Now I have to wait six years. It's simply spectacularly unjust! I have contacted vodafone via email and had no sufficient replies. This default is really worrying me now! Is there anything I can do to get this removed. Considering I was in the right and was informed that the contract would finish in november. It wouldn't make sense for me to pay them from march 09 to November and then suddenly stop paying them without cancelling the contract! Especially when I wasn't using the phone. Any help I will be eternally grateful! Thanks
  6. I have an exact same problem with vodafone and am in the process of complaining but don't seem to be getting anywhere! How did u get this resolution and have they removed the default??
