After requesting docs, they offered me half in settlement. Going to ask for rest. But can someone confirm am i able to reclaim the £12 charges still. or are they now classed as doing enough to avoid having to pay them??? Please Help

MCOL completed, received cheque for full ammount just before deadline. GREAT. They want me to stop action. But i want to wait untill cheque clears, is this ok?

LBA sent 20/11 - Got letter offering £290, about half if been closer to 400 might have took it with xmas round corner. Problem is i cannot afford to start MCOL yet, does it matter if i wait till next month?????

Just recieved official sod off letter from A&L stating will not pay. bank charges are fair blah blah blah. Question is do i relpy now stating not acceptable and want full refund or do i wait till original 14 day deadline and send LBA????

Seen as i have already sent prelim letter quoting this 'incorrect' interest figure. should I send new letter with ammended figure or should I just wait and when needed send LBA letter but only quote charges ?? ? ? ? ??
