donkey just spoke to barclay they are faxing over in the morning all the relevant that we asked for as in the exact date and to whom the debt was sold so far we have 3 different dates all orally not in writing except from HFO

just spoke to bc a bloke called andy he said cos the debt has been sold they carry no info whatso ever

we were at this address all the time mate the judgement was started on the 7th sep ( i think ) SORRY MATE AM AT WORK AND DEALING WITH A BLOODY BIG LEAK AT THE MO

phoned barclaycard on the 2nd nov at 12,35pm spoke to a lady called suzanne she said the account was sold to hfo in jan 2007 we didnt recieve a reply then spoke to another person named james who said they couldnt supply us with this information as the debt had already been sold.

donkey got a letter of t&r on the 20th oct saying that pls accept this as conformation that in light of the fourthcomimg hearing of the intern Third Part debit order dated 14th October 2010 my client is not preared to accept any of your settlement offers. My client's veiw is that, given the fact that they have been pursing this debt since August 2007, any agreement to settle this debt by way of a lump sum followed by installments will only protract the length of time before this debt is cleared

pat we didnt recieve the original claim or we would have defended this so the set aside would be the best way forward ???

donkey the hearing on the 26th is for an interim third party order (natwest) to see if they have to give all the money to those t*ats or to see if the courts go with us and unfreeze the 18k
