not sure with my old company could call people untill 4 on sat, but thats when the shift ends. may all decide on company policy?not sure bout sunday. think its 4pm

it is fair. you took the loan out and interest was added obviously. so when you account defaulted (if it did) the balance would only decrease when make payemnt, if you are paying small amount off then it wont decrease fast.

if they have put 2 accounts into 1 to help your wife then surly you should send it back. end of the day that mney isnt yours. so if it was the other way and you send 60.00 more by mistake im sure there woulde be a thread in here complaining they wont refund? :mad: :mad:

hello, it is not illegal.a collections call may be made ona sunday and on a bank holiday. sales calls cannot. they can call you whenever they want to as when open account you agreed to keep up to day, once in arrears the contract is broken.
