Sorry, I was at work when I wrote that and used the complete wrong word. What I meant was the "...full and final settlement..." if I want to go ahead and claim the rest? 90% is not bad though!

One question - If I cross out the unconditional clause on the acceptance form, will this not invalidate the refund? Cheers.

Received letter today in post 28/06 (in fact two of them in same envelope) offering me £730. I'll accept this and go after the rest.

If you were to agree to a settlement figure that the bank offers, can they effectively keep you holding on for the refund indefinitely or do they give a proposed date of the funds being returned? -
Cheers for the support. Didn't really expect a response to the first but I'm hoping they'll make some kind of effort with the LBA. If not, I'll slap 'em with a claim
