hi. ive just recieved a letter from acs law saying i downloaded "evacuate the dancefloor(the work)"on the 28 aug last year. they are proposing a £295 settlement fee due within 21 days. i cannot find the file on my pc although i have downloaded files using bit torrents b4. i cannot find any records of my pc being online at that time...i believe i was on my way to brighton on holiday. whats the best course of action? thanks in advance hooper
