Just spoke to PTP asking to set up a payment plan. No such luck, and my "account manager" or as I like to call him EDIT, has said that my details will be forwarded onto Clarity, who I'm more than happy to deal with as they sound like a decent company who will offer payment plans. When the guy told me that PTP will not be contacting me anymore, I said I want that in writing, either via post or e-mail PTP - "I'm sorry, PTP is a strictly electronic company, and we cannot send that confirmation out to you" Me - "Is e-mail not an electronic form of communication?" PTP - "No sir it is not" Me - (Biting my tongue now) "Are you actually being serious?! E-L-E-C-T-R-O-N-I-C mail! Clue's in the name!" PTP - "You have my assurance that PTP will not be contacting you from now on, everything is being passed to a 3rd party collector" Me - "Well I'll make sure they'll deal with me in writing then!" PTP - "Well it is totally up to them, they may decide that this guy is impossible to deal with via telephone, and we'll just operate a door-to-door visit to reach him" Me - "Ok. Nice to talk to big when your in Malta isn't it?". Slam phone down If I receive one phone call from work, people in my office know how nuts I am and they'll have to put harrassment charges on me when I'm through with them! I have Wonga and QQ still outstanding, they however, seem like quite a lethargic lot when it comes to the phone calls.
