nomoremoney The claim is only for 'evacuate the dancefloor' the Production team/writers behind cascada not the whole top 40. Many posts stress DO NOT give any more information than is required on the standard LOD especially information on what type of connection/router you where using at the time.

Have exactly the same document with the scribble on the stamp, same I/A [] of 2010 on the back page & same list of ISP's. does anyone else have a 10 page letter of claim? Do you have a STATEMENT REPORT RELATING TO (your name) on page 7??? qwerty you are not alone!!!!

Thanks tp123. Seems that no matter how you word the LOD or how professional it may look they disregard it no matter what, then send a second letter doubling the amount to be paid within 7 days......then a third or even forth letter....what a load of bull**** from what i have read, which has been a days reading, so much information to take in!

I'm with sky too. we've All had the same letter with the same date for the same 'Client'. Has anyone actually got the track in question and any other information regarding the track or is it a complete stab in the dark??
