I was getting 4 or 5 calls a day up until last Thursday when they agreed to put my calls on hold for 30 days (not my account I will still get my £22.50 bonus added on) while looking for my letters I have sent by recorded delivery which I have printed copies of the signatures....it amazes me how they manage to lose them all!! Basically they are using delaying tactics to keep adding these charges!!

Getting calls on a daily basis from South Africa from people claiming to be from B.P.F. I've been at work and my wife answered today. When the woman said she was from B.P.F. my wife replied "Are you from B.P.F. or from a debt collecting agency". "I can't tell you that!" she answered. Why the hell did she say she was from B.P.F. when she opened the call.....Not the hardest to catch out this lot!!

Just had a phonecall from a woman claiming to be from B.P.F saying she wanted a payment immediately. When I told her Mercers put my account on hold for 30 days she said it wasn't and that her name was Nadia calling from South Africa!! When I said I weren't paying she said she would put my account on hold for £5!! Might get a call from the moon next week!!

Also had an interesting call from an 0151 number asking me to pay immediately by debit card over the phone 'Paula' was talking to me for about 5 minutes when she said "You are with the driving school aren't you?" She didn't even know what debt she was calling for!! She did freeze my account for 30 days and promised no more phone calls during this time......we will see!!
