sorry to hijack your thread cant work this site very well have a set asside date against capquest for a statutory demand do i need to go or can my partner represent me anyhelp would be apprieciated

i too have had very helpful advice from some of the people on here I would not wait to sd thats the most important thing and once you have done that you can relax abit I recieved a letter from capquest saying it will be nullified as the previous person has said mine asked me to confirm who I was by sending a copy of my driving license if you are asked anything like this do not send them anything remember your driving license has you signature on it

FISTLY THANKS FOR THE REPLIES SORRY TO HIJACK BUT NOT VERY COMPUTER LITERATE and dont know hw to start new thread my partners loan is for 9k barclays messed up when he was made redundant and lost paperwork that he signed for insurance to cover then 2006 subtracted insurancecost off main loan when request was made for paper work 2006 they sent a unsigned copy o credit agreement dated july 2001 loan was defaulted and last payment 2004 last correspndance with barclays 2006 on sat 22 we recieved a sd from capquest and they also informed us that barclays had a ccj against us in 2008 we have no knowledge of this have have recieved no contact from capquest until sat iam am sendinding a sar to barclays and a sar and cca to capquest am i will apply to the court on fri to have it set aside am i on the right track

help really new to this but also need help have just recieved a sd from capquest concerning unsecured loan with barclays 2001 was in dispute with them as when i was made redundant they lost papaerwork and did not honour insurance claim they got a ccj againgst me in 2007 but now capquest have contacted me he problem is that the oast payment to barclays was in aug 2004 if i acknowledge capquest do i fall withibthe 6 years
