    Fill in the form contesting it or they will put a CCJ against ya, thats what they did to me. Fill it in and send it back saying you are going to contest the fine mate.

    Oh yea i'm not paying a thing or getting scared by the twats. I noticed my court paper was photocopied and also had no seal on the paper just the word SEAL inside a circle on it, im looking into fraud with the court and dartford council.

    Ah Hi, another case that has been sent dartford court papers? Did yours have the seal on the paperwork? Mine had a space for the seal but no court seal, photocopied piece of paper with my details on them.

    Well, the court letter wasn't sealed, it came in the letter from the debt collection company and was had COPY in bold stamped on it. hmmmm, suspect then i think. OK thanks for your help.

    Ah ok, I will bear that in mind, the papers were a photocopy so im not oo convinced and as its dartford not northampton (which deals with that kind of case) it seems a little sus to me but hey ho we will see.! thanks for your help!

    Hi Sorry i dont know how to start a new thread! I have recieved a letter from windsor smythe and assholes threatening to take me to dartford court not northampton for unpaid fine, has anyone had this? and also, do you know what grounds opc are losing on at northampton? any info you can give me?
