Hi Can anyone help? im trying to claim my ppi back from VANQUIS they said i agrred to the cover over the phone i asked for a copy and i have recived it today i have listened and after the sales girls waffels on and said it would speed you my application if i take out the ppi and i agreed where do i stand now? can i still make a claim? could someone please help Thankyou

Hi There Please can some one tell me if they have any joy claming back repayment option plan? from Vanquis i took the card out about 3 years ago and as i always pay useing the telephone pad and payed more than was stated i never questioned the repayment option plan until 2 weeks ago I telephoned the customer services ans was told i had takern it out over the phone which i found very odd as i really dont belive in any insurances of any sort total rip off they said they had a voice recording of me asking for this since then i have telephoned 4 times asking where the recording is still nothing i no they definatly do not have a recording of me asking to apply the charge to the account so what is my next plan of action sorry for asking, my first time on here Thanks for any information
