    Is an AMEX Charge Card covered by the CCA. I asked Amex for a True and signed copy of my original agreement. They sent me a document with my signature on it but it did not have any reference to the CCA...

    Hi New on here. Can you clarify if the card being refered to here is an AMEX Credit Card or a Charge Card. I have a charge card and wonder if it is unenforceable, Taken out in 1999 but just under an application. Also is there any company that will deal with me directly to Audit an agreement without going through an ‘introducer’ (@£400!) Thanks in advance
