Just a quick one here, Anyone had it where they have asked for payment for a CCA and SAR after they have accepted it already and sent a letter saying it is processing? They have cashed the POs already and I have the records to say they signed for the letters they were included in. If so, any template/suggestions on what to write back as it is well outside their timeframe for the CCA now and I think they are plying for time?
