Today i received same yellow letter from allied international credit ltd. also final response from FOS, nothing positive.

Every day I'm getting Mercers phone call and today i received barclays letter saying if i do not pay they will refer an external debt collection agency. The letter also saying, "The consumer credit Act(section 75) implicitly obliges barclays to ensure that goods and services are supplied to you and we are satisfied that, in the circumstances, in appointing and alternative training provider where advent, as the original supplier under the terms of the agreement, is unable to perform its contractual obligations, advent's breach of contract has been remedied by barclays pursuant to general contract law principles. general contract law provides that, where an original contracting party(in this case advent) does not require personal skill or superintendence to perform its contractual obligations, those obligations may be performed by another party. advent was not required to exhibit any personal skill or superintendence in order to carry out its contractual obligationsw in providing training to you. accordingly, advent's contractual obligations can be carried out by another suitable training provider, in this instance computeach." Today I received 1st letter from resolvecall... pay or someone will come to ur door bla bla.. but i don't give a sh**t.

Hello 10pack, I send to Cardiff address with recorded delivery. mercers ringing me everyday, I told them yesterday that i'm with legal group action, today they ring me again but didn't received that. they never listen.

I send a letter to bpf today saying I'm part of legal action group with hausfeld. Let's see what's happened.

I also got same two unsealed letter week ago, but i don't know what to do with this. By the way I'm not gonna pay a peny.

Just Received a letter from mercers debt collection with big mouth, thinking what will be the next step.

Received two mail from bpf. one saying 'FAILURE TO RESPOND TO THIS LETTER WILL RESULT IN US PASSING YOUR ACCOUNT TO OUR AGENT, MERCERS DEBT COLLECTIONS LTD, AND INSTRUCTING THEM TO ISSUE YOU A FORMAL DEFAULT NOTICE.' another letter saying ' WE ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A FULL RESPONSE AS WE ARE STILL INVESTIGATING YOU CONCERNS. BPF ARE CARRYING OUT A FURTHER INVESTIGATION AND WILL BE LOOKING TO RESPOND TO YOU WITH A DECISION BY THE 23 JULY. but I'm not gonna pay a penny.
