  1. It took us two years to sort out our problem. Try Staffordshire Trading Standards - they may have recruited an extra Standards Officer by now - this company needs stopping. If you have legal cover on your household insurance try getting a solicitor involved - that's the only way we were able to get our money back. They tried to accuse us of stalling when they were stalling every step of the way. Not to be trusted and a bad bad retailer.
