Apologies I forgot to add to my post above I have been round the houses with this - FOS, FSA, Trading Standards etc.etc and think I may now be at the point of solicitors and court. Any help would be greatly appreciated, these people have seriously affected my life over the last few years and with a husband suffering from depression and a young family I really need to get this sorted out once and for all

I too have some serious problems with Lancashire Mortgage/Blemain Finance having taken out a commercial mortgage with them some years ago.
