Did anyone see that show "Don't Get Done Get Dom" this morning by any chance? He took on RED the driving instructer fast track people, where many of the folks enrolled got shafted in some way or the other- I only mention it because a few months back, in researching complaints about CT and Advent, RED also came up as a leading offender in the same vain, i.e. Mis-selling, Not Providing a service etc... Another avenue to progress down perhaps, purely for the horrible publicity it could have for BPF.... Get Lucky!

I too was contacted by BBC Watchdog who were after any forms and course breakdown materials that Advent had supplied us at the early stages of enrollment. I also directed them towards the facebook group which has picture copies of a lot of the aforementioned forms. I also recieved the generic letter telling me that my account would be "unfrozen" and I was due to continue with repayments- Hmmm funny that, considering I paid IN FULL within the first year. This simply shows that they don't deal with each case individualy. My FOS deadline of 8 weeks will soon be approaching. Just waiting on what to do after that... We will not fail!!!!!

Just spoken to the FOS and got them to start the proceedings. And now, in breathless anticipation, I wait.... 8 weeks max. So I should know by the time the World Cup starts!!!

Has anyone rung the premium rate phone number on the latest deflective letter from BPF and spoken to Computeach? If so, what did they say? I find pretty offensive (again) that it's again up to us to get in contact with them, to sort out their cock up! I also spoke to a Computeach rep when deciding on which provider to take, and wrote them off as useless long before he left my house. I don't see how anything will have changed. And after even the most minor research, have discovered a world of people unsatisfied with them. Thanks again to the ex-employees and students of CT for also exposing them as the wasters they are... So folks, if you've spoken to them, lets post what they say... should be interesting... or not!
