That really is good news! Enjoy a good night's sleep. Somehow I can't see ACS sending out any letters along those lines... Reckon he is gonna hang in there until they rip his fingers off...

When does a template letter stop being a template letter? It has to contain certain key phrases, so if you just include those, linked together by a few self-composed words unique to your case, how can it be a template?

Well had my letter from the SRA this morning - bit of a caveat on it - "don't worry if you don't hear from us for a few months". Hopefully this means it will not be a quick hearing and brush it under the counter. Personally I hope Which? and the One Show are watching for events and will follow up on the story.

First LoD went out in February... Just received my second letter demanding payment within 14 days... I was just starting to get some sleep at nights again too. Preparing a second LoD to just refer to the first. Will be contacting Which? magazine as well.
