Got this email from these fraudsters yesterday Dear BiteSizeDeals Customer, We regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your order placed on December 28, 2009 that resulted in a charge to your credit card in the amount of GBP 225.00. Your order has now been cancelled and you should have recently received an e-mail confirming the cancellation of your order. Unfortunately, due to issues we are trying to work through with a credit card processor, we are unable to refund your order at this time. Since you paid for product(s) that you have not received, you may wish to contact your credit card issuer to determine your rights and potential remedies for the problem. We sincerely apologize for the cancellation of your order and all related inconveniences. Hi Red Dog, Write to James A Prunty (email & address above). It would appear that the accounts processor for BSD has frozen its accounts. Although it is strange that they are still taking money! Write to your MP, I was also thinking of writing to BBC Watchdog, and VISA/Mastercard etc - to stop their cards being used on this website. ANS

I initially purchased a Panasonic TZ7 from BSD, but on finding reviews, cancelled the order within 30 minutes. This was on 28 December 2009. To date, I have not had a refund. Numerous emails from BSD, saying they will "prioritize" my refund etc, but nothing so far. This was the last place I used my credit card, now Barclaycard have also informed me that there has been fraudulent expenses on my credit card - draw your own conclusions from this. Let us use the power of the internet and inform as many people as possible - via Facebook & Twitter BSD are nothing but low life thieves. ANS
