Yes, she had a loan with this company but it was repaid in full a month ago... This is very odd..

A quick update on this. They are now ringing leaving the same awful voicemail on her work phone number. How can we stop this? I tried calling on her behalf they hang up! The message they leave says that it is time sensitive and if she doesn't answer they wouldn't want to be her and they wish her good luck

They will allow you a repayment plan. It will however have a huge final payment.

Thanks for the advice The number they asked her to call was 02035191179. When you call it, there is no ring tone but after a while somebody picks up. The number they called from was +2035191179

He said the loan was obtained by deception, and he is going to file a fraud charge. I have never heard of this company, cannot find them on google, and am really quite unhappy/distressed.

Hi All Please can somebody urgently help me. My partner has a couple of payday loans, and these are now on repayment plans. We have just received a call from some far eastern man, claiming to be from UKCASHADVANCE, and saying that she owes them £490 immediately on a defaulted loan. He said that if she does not pay now, he will file court papers tonight and send police with them to her work. He also said she would go to jail. We have never heard of this company and do not have any loan with them. He said they are a parent company of another payday loan but would not say which one. He said he had access to her credit report and could see she has payday loans and some are on repayment plans, and if she does not pay now he will send the police for fraud. What on earth do we do? Is this a [problem]? Please help...

Hey I did this, and barclays told me that because I have given them my card details, they are allowed to take whatever they want. I told them I did not authorise it, they told me it is nothing to do with them, and I have to take it up with Intime finance. They were so unhelpful, I told them I never gave permission for this amount to be taken and they did not care

Hey guys Can anybody offer me any help or advice? I took out a cash genie payday loan before christmas. - October I was then laid off so could not afford to pay them. I have been paying them £20 a month to make it roll over. I was going to pay them again today as I knew I was receiving a lot of backdated JSA. They then took it ALL £250 out of my account. I am now broke and cannot afford anything... I needed that for my damn food and phone bill which has been cut off Is there anything I can do? I never said they could do this Please help :(:(
