had a phone call from computeach today asked me to confirm my detail to make sure he was talkin to the right person (i didn't).instead i told him i had no intension to go with computeach and i am sortin the matter out with barclays.he tried to tell me about there training but i stopped him and said you are keeping to the 2 year term on the advent contract even though i know of other students that have gone over this term and my 2 years ended in april 2010 so i have no choice but to go after barclays for a better deal(refund)his answer to that was barclays are payin for a extra 3 month i told him i've done 4 exams and there is no way i can do the other 7 exams in 3 months his anwser to that was to talk to barclays and try and sort something out.£uck me wot we been tryin to do for the past 5 months. by the way had a FOS response from barclays according to them i have no reason to complain computeach are great,if i don't reply to this response in 8 weeks they will consider the matter closed. jay

hi guys still not able to get on to group website directly,but did get on by using a anonymous proxy server www.zend2.com think AOL might have blocked the webs.com server so if your having the same problem try this. jay

hi guys had a response to fos complaint from bpf today,in short we think computeach are great so do one,what i need to know is reply to there letter and tell them am in the class action so see them in court or contact fos and see what they say. the letter said i hav 8 weeks to respond else they'll consider the matter closed. still no joy with the group website. jay

yep and my 2 years are now up so i'm well screwed,got no choice have to fight for a refund

hi fuzz i did four 2 day workshops for different exam's all with different tutor's and have to be honest the tuition was very good,good tutors desent material and was good to meet other students.had no problems booking workshops would get the date's choose which one's i wanted emailed them and would get a reply the next day confirming my workshop. apart from them going tits up never had a problem with advent. j

hi guys in the same boat but still had now no contact from bpf by post yet. paid loan last may so account closed n archived (took 3 phone calls to find that out) now sticking to sending letters no replys yet.the reason i've done the above quote is if they try to palm us off with a new TP they have to match or better these stats and i think advent were comptia platinum partners last november (not many of these about dont think bpf have a chance of matching that). thanks for all the posts guys been very helpful jay
