No matter what barclays says MCSE course was mis sold. The bottom line is MCSE is not designed for newbies like me. Microsoft states only people with 2 year experience should attempt to complete the course. Just for information, I know the guy who had been half way through the MCSE qualifications and says that it's very difficult or almost impossible to pass further exams without practical knowledge and experience in networking. I know it's going to be a long and exhausting process but I belive we're going to win!

I have read letter thoroughly but nowhere were mention misseling course for people without experience in IT. This paragraph comes from Microsoft website: MCSE candidate profile An MCSE candidate should have one to two years of experience in designing, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network systems. Personally i think that is one of the strongest points for our claim; worth looking at... Anyway we have to be patient. We should win! Many many thanks to Fuzzbut!

This is the answer I get from UK Law barrister at Juctask.com. Its not a legal advice but puts some light on case for people with barclays finance: "If they offer another provider then you do. The only challenge may be that the course is not comparable but thats a weak one if the course offered gives you the same qualification. You would not be able to get anything back at all in those circumstances. But if they do not you are entitled to a full refund"
