Am I the only one who thinks that telling us we can complete our training with another accredited training provider just isn't good enough? I do not want that. I have had a crappy experience almost from the beginning, (except for the people who ran the classrooms sessions) and now that I have no chance of getting a good service from the company I signed up for, I want out. I should be able to decline the offer of tutoring through a different company.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is CCA74? I have paid about about 2 thirds of 4.7k And yeah I have all my paperwork still. The most frustrating thing is having been almost done paying, and then having the rug torn out from under me. After struggling with such bad service in the first place. It's so unfair.

My loan is with Hitatchi Capital. I have a year left on my payment of £4.7k. Would I be entitled to refuse being given a new trainer, and request a refund, or termination of payment instead? I never recieved a good service from Advent (aside from the Classroom sessions, which were brilliant, but too infrequent) and my faith has been shaken in this whole distance learning idea. I do not want to continue with another training program. Since another program would not be what I paid for, I would be entitled to turn this down, right?
