Hello all, apologies if someone has already answered this question but i've not been on the forum in a couple of days. I'm in the paid in full from current account nightmare situation. I've just been to CAB but all they said was to ring companies house to find out the who the insolvency practitioner is. I rang but they said Advent Computer Training Ltd had changed its name to something else on Dec 7th but that neither of these companies are registered as insolvent. They said this could be because the paperwork has not reached them yet. CAB also said that all those in my position can do is get our names on the creditors list asap. Has anyone managed to find out the name of insolvency practitioner yet?

Hi all, I'm in that horrible position of having paid up front for everything. I'm half way through a course, have three more exams to do. now faced with having to pay twice. sickening. I can't see any way i'm getting any money back. Why is it always the customer that is the last in line to be repayed? I too have contacted Watchdog, tried CAB but they never answer the phone.
