Hi - i have called Barclays and they refuse to freeze my account until its sorted??? Where do i go now? I have wrote a letter and got no reply? I havent had anything from Barclays at all????

I have just called Barclays - what a waste of time, all they kept saying was they will be writing to us all advising us they will be finding an alternative provider????? F**K that i want my money back not a new provider, we need to all say no to alternatives..........

I actually feel sick myself, i have only had the first part of this course and not sat any exams - i have not had any help what so ever from Advent, they are absolutely sh*te......i have never been impressed since day one. Count me in too for the Watchdog programme too i think if there are enough of us then it could help with the problem!!!!
