Nope just got them the reason for the redetermination etc based on their calculations etc my disposable income they only took mine into account so I had a minus several hundred pounds a month hence the reason for forthwith and co. These are the docs they wouldn't send me..

Just an update have got them all in big thank you to mould and to Andy and all you brilliant chaps, will get the ws's done this weekend and filed on Monday. Feel much better with all the evidence in. Seems mbna did their own calculations for the court for the ico and they've looked at that rather than my I&E....

They have been brilliant with scared old me have had the pwork all done and ready but had to swop work for days so could not and repeat could not get any time to get to the court to file these papers massive job cuts at the moment and can't just slope off.. first day i have to get em all in, am going to phone again just to make sure.. Aha! Spoke to a lovely girl on helpdesk and has nope get em in today file both applications on one form save me 40 pounds and a note will be attached on my case and it'll be heard on the same day how's that!!! Just off to get some bloody printer ink now be back soon help!!!!!! ( and they will also send these docs to their solicitors...) gets worse! chap i spoke to again says the judge could basically shift my debt on to my wifes name is that right or not cos i'm just about to give in!!!

Hi there just to recap will have the objection to the charging order up on the morrow for you! i phoned the court yesterday to ask if it was still possible to put in my two n244 forms and they've said it was too late! is this true? as i can still get em in today and sent off to optima quick advice on that please guys!!!( i know you've been saying to get them in and i realise it is important but circumstances this week have made it impossible to get to the court, ask nicely not to preach please lol...) If i am allowed to get these n244's in are they going to be relevant in my case in two weeks time???? And just to clarify the two ws you refer to mould are indeed the objection to the ico being made final...

Hi there! Thanks for the advice I am getting there, wife has been talking to her sister (funnily she's a solicitor.) And she has told my wife that unless she's requested she doesn't need to be there!( hence the problem apart from ----..) Not hiding anything chaps, my wife is just very very scared of court, and really do appreciate all the advice. She has told me to get an extension on this till i get my paperwork. then do as you've said the mould and get that set aside put in when i have all the documents, will be on my phone at work today reading up again sorry about yesterday was trying to concentrate on my course and you wonderful chaps at the same time and obviously wasn't working lol..... And many apologies for being a panicked idiot people... will be doing my/ hopefully our ws this weekend for you to look at please Mr. Mould!!!!
