Surely if i had made a mistake they would have to ask me to amend this or at least bring to my attention what the mistake is, in their letter all they have said is that there are a considerable number of these types of casesbeing issued throughout england and wales. certain of these cases are proceeding as test cases.

Hi All, Has anybody else had anything back like this? this morning i got a letter from the court's basicly saying: there are alot of cases coming through similar to yours and a few are going through as a trial. the action taken with regards to your claim is as attached. this attachment said that my case was stayed until 01.03.07!!! What do they think they are doing? what have i paid the courts to do? sit back and wait till the whole thing has blown over so they dont have to do a damb thing!!! i am not happy at all - can anybody shed any more light on this for me please, it seems to be one thing after another after another!!!! They Normally Respond With The Defence Stating That All Charges Applied Are Fair And Transparent Bla Bla Bla, Basicly They Told Me They Were Embaressed At The Lack Of Particularity Stated In My Particulars Bla Bla Now That I Am Waiting For A Court Date They Have Decided To Offer Me Half Of What I Am Requesting Be Paid So Dont Panic, They Use Big Words And Word Things To Scare You But Keep At It And They Will Fold

How Far Into The Process Have You Got Then, I Hear That Natwest Are Pulling Out All The Time Wasting Stops More So Than When I Started, My Friend Has Waited A Month Now Just To Get His Bank Statements!!!

I Want To Keep On At It, I Just Dont Want To Risk My Mum's Money, I Suppose I Could Scrape Up Her Money And Pay Her Back And Carry On With The Claim, That Way If Any One Ends Up Out Of Poket It Will Be Me!! Do You Know How Long It Takes The Court To Give You A Date?

Well my original claim was for just under 2k with court costs about £2200, they have offered me £1100.00

I filed court proceedings and am just waiting for the court date now, natwest have returned all their forms etc.. so not sure wether to keep waiting or accept their offer. not sure my mum would go for making up the diff, as she put up the money for the court case in the first place :0)

that is what every one has been telling me but my mum keeps saying i should accept it as if it does go to court and the court find this to be a fair offer i could end up paying their legal fee's so she has got me a bit worried!!

i have just been made an offer after having gone through the whole court process, natwest returned their allocations questionair then the next day made an offer to me of half the amount i requested they pay me, what should i do? Accept the offer, or see it through for the full amount?

no one has got in touch with me yet, i have done a bit of reaserch and think that i have to fill in an N244 form, do you have any advice regarding this form? kathy

i recieved a letter from my banks solicitors after filing for court action saying that the defendant is embarrassed by the lack of particularity pleaded in my claim and that my claim fails to disclose any reasonable grounds for starting a claim against the defendant. when i registered my claim i didn't use a template and worded it myself, do i need to worry about my claim and some how amend it or will i be able to take aditional info to the court hearing with me. is this just my bank trying to make me panic or should i do something to help my claim??? please help, i didn't expect it to be this complicated.
