My own issues with SPMl have been resolved - to a fairly satisfactory financial conclusion (SPML have suffered some financial loss) - my horror at the damages the fall out of the collapse of Lehman"s has caused to so many remains undaunted. These people must face the music ... I have raised issues with contacts in the media and the political world I urge everyone to take positive action, the courts seem to be on our side, but the political world needs to be taken by storm. Surely this week is the time?

I think today would be a good day to bombard the press and highlight the ongoing issues with the Lehman Bros related companies in this country.

Does anyone have any more up to date info on SPML - they are meant to be under investigation but CH will not give a date for when they will decide wether to prosecute. They have no employees, so can they still instigate legal action - does Attia do all that herself?

I think my situation is very different from most but I really respect the work and support that has gone on in this thread. Surely there is enough to bring down this group?

For many "guests" like me time is running out - if everyone takes what action they can surely justice must triumph? - I have tried to establish links with the press, this pack of cards cannot withstand sustained exposure.

Hi, I am one of your "guests" - following an earlier posting about making the thread private I thought I should sign in. I have been following the thread constantly and would like to reassure you that there is nothing sinister and apologise for my lack of internet etiquette. I have a family interest in an ongoing case against SPML and am interested in who at SPML actually has the right to bring legal actions. I have found the thread both useful and supportive.
