  1. Also, I have a copy of the form they submitted to the bank which is a standing order form trying to take £200/month until further notice with signature and date taken from application
  2. The forms were sent by cheque book loans and not the bank
  3. The only paperwork I signed was upon application The payments have always been taken using my debit card which when I cancelled the card due to entering a DMP this problem occurred as they couldn't take any money There was never a direct debit form signed
  4. Reported to the police when advised was given a crime number and still chasing like all other parties i have reported this to
  5. A brief update on my reporting - There is none I have chased all parties and had no response. Only ones are cheque book loans sending e-mails, txt messages and tried to take money again (luckily i had moved all my money out my account)
  6. I have had no further response from the above or my bank. I have started chasing for answers today
  7. I have had a response today asking my a time-line of events so hopefully they will start looking into this
  8. I will phone natwest on monday and ask for an update and advise that i have read that my case is not the only against these people and ask if they have reported it to police as if not I will be doing so myself
  9. I have just reported the situation to the link via e-mail after reading some other threads on here i see i am not alone with these people however the worrying part was reading that natwest don't seem to be interested in the situation
  10. as far as I am aware they are run by cheque book loans ltd based in St Albans That's who tried to take large sum of money out of my account
  11. I have a thread going in debt collectors section with regards to similar scenario with these people I have just been advised that seems they don't have a consumer credit license and their website is now disabled

  13. they are the ones I may have to visit family in Luton soon might have to drop in and see what they have to say in person
