Sorry forgot to add i have received no calls since 31.12.09 and am now in a total spin........

I to have received the same letter from cap1 (account is now terminated etc...) I have also had calls on my mobile from a number i do not recognise so have not answered (have now looked it up on google and it is a company called bryan carter solicitors/Fredrickson) but i have received no written correspondece. I live in Turkey but my debt originated in the uk in 1998 i believe.. If i call this Bryan carter number and make a offer of monthly affordable reypayments do you think this will be accepted?? I accept i have been stupid in not making payments for the last 5 or 6mths but am now unable to sleep ,think straight or basically live a normal life as i am petrified that Turkish debt collectors will be calling at my door.... Help
