they just posted a card sayin they came to collect goods but i was not in lol i was in told them i could not pay and now and they said if i don,t give them the goods they were goin to do me for theift.

i have just emailed head office statin i would like the osc cancelled and that i was misled so i want all osc charges i have paid refunded or i will be takin this further, as i have had phone calls everyday and there staff knockin my door so i will not be payin another penny untill this is sorted, as i know my rights and i have paid over a 3rd, been with them since sep 2007 and still payin for items, i will be goin to CAB next week to see about my rights don,t no what will come of this i will keep you posted i gave them 28 days notice see how they like that lol, just hope i don,t get done i have always paid them and late fees when i have paid late, i dont think they were aloud to phone my insurance up to see if they coverd HP were they allowed to do this and could they stop me havin items unless i took out there cover i think i was misled...... lets see what happens if i stop payin

hi, i was just reading all the post,s and i, glad i did now as when i began with bright house i had house insurance and they told me that i could not have the tv unless i took out there cover they even phoned my insurance to ask them if they cover hp they did not so i took there cover and cancelled my house insurance as i could not afford the both i feel like i was bullied into sighnin for the cover, also i have missed a couple of weeks payments due to christmas i have ad them ringin everyday comin to my house wantin to take these items back witch i have nearly payed for been payin since sep 2007 a cooker, tv and dryer i feel like i been payin for ever, why do they pester when i pay the late fees, so is the cover optinal can i write in and cancell?

to cancell them both do i have to have house insurance as when i bought the items they told me i had to get my bank as thats who i was insured with) to confirm that it was coverd with hp items as insurance was not i cancelled house insurance and took out bh cover as could not afford house insurance and bh cover.
