when we moved house got the installation engineer around everyones dishes out the back quite low down says ours has to be on a pole at the front of the house above the roof line cost an extra £150 had me by the knackers as he said he would leave and no tv for us as it was a new house i did ring sky but they dont care told us it was a contractor

we have had our car sat on the drive for 2 months and have decided to scrap the car i rang my insurance company to cancel the policy and they want to charge us £26 to do this the policy runs out on the 4th month of 2010 1:will i have to pay the fee 2:what will happen if i cancel the direct debit set up thanks for your help
