I was sent almost the same but also a fake signed application form which i know i never signed. I kept writing to them requesting the true copy of the agreement and after writing 5 times, 2 years later they sold it to cabot, I requested from them and it was written off.

I came on this site in mid 2007 with £27,000 of debt of which I knew I would never be able to pay off. I was advised to request the signed agreements under the CCA which I did. After just over 2 years I have now had almost £24,000 written off due to lack of properly executed agreements or inability to find the agreements. I can't thank the people who helped me enough and want to say to anyone else in a similar position to me that you should keep going through good and bad because if you keep working on it, there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
