    Vint the latest action by RBS is to place a default on my credit rating report. Based on the fact that they are refusing to provide me with the info i requested and the number of letter i have sent stating "unlawfully rescinded" are they allowed to place this default and is there anything i can do about it

    Vint had a further letter from Triton demanding immediate payment or else threat. Just wait for the next letter i suppose

    the envelope only has the barcode on it. It is not dated. Where do I get the "Unlawful Rescission letter" from? Is it on another site if so your direction to the letter would be appreciated

    thanks Vint, the letter arrived on Saturday the 20th February. I have retained the envelope as previously suggested but is there any action I should take

    Vint i have uploaded in 1 file is my letter to RBS about my financial information NOT to be shared without my permission along with 3 letters from RBS including a default notice. Comments will be appreciated. RBS Default letter etc.pdf

    "I have posted some possible letters ........." Vint sent the letter to RBS reminding them of my rights and asking for proof that i gave them permission to record defaults etc. Gave them 7 working days to respond - nada. Have now had my first default letter from RBS along with a statement of account with added interest. What would you suggest/

    did you send your letter recorded delivery if so have you checked on the royal mail website that it was delivered. the barcode number on your receipt should enable you to check delivery status

    guys and gals just received the attached letter dated 23rd December from RBS and would value comments as to next steps. Should i need to be concerned!!!!!!!!. By the way it's just as expensive in the South of France the only difference they don't have space heaters there Happy and Prosperous New Year RBS response 231209.pdf

    well its started just had my 2nd threatning call from RBS saying i have no rights in law they are the ones who know the law and they are going to default me on my credit report and it will stay there for 6 years. next they will be sending in debt collectors. any thoughts or comments?

    thanks Yubnub like many other people on this website i am trying to see if RBS are able to enforce the debt. I like many others have lost my job and times are hard so i am following any route available to me to ease any demands on my limited finances

    yes the account is still with RBS. I am not aware of any transfer. should i send a SAR to find out what other info if any they have
