They have to have someone there other than the person who took the loan out to be a whitness, Your best of contacting the high courts of london and also trading standers! Im defo not letting this drop with the they put me down as a mr as well i aint no man! so all in all theres 4 mistakes on mine hence the reason the twats rang me the nexted day offering to buy my car back!

The high courts of london 0845 4568770 if you phone them up they will tell you that the are registered and if you pay £5.00 over the phone you can have it in wrighting, Is both parts of yours signed by the same person? Also if you dont mind me asking where in the uk are you?

I dont Know how to do it ive tried but my computer wont do it 4 some reason. I can fax any1 the copys if they need them or pop them in the post if any1 wants to sending them

Hey sum great news for you this morning after hours of reading the papers i got from trading standers i can now tell you that the person who gave you the loan can not be the whitness who signs the bos!! also if you read the small print on your paper work! which is 1 error! 2) on mine it says the may damage any doors windows ect to obain the vechical does it say this on yours too? if so its also void's the BoS! Im going to a solictor today to give them all my paper work and see if i have a fighting chance i know ive paid mine off but surely there something we can all do to get these bastards done!

Hey, They did this with me but it was my dad they told (im only 22), You need to contact trading standers and citzens advise bueruo, Most there paper work is void, the use threatening words (i.e small print says they can break and open door to gain your car) which they cant do either! 9 times out of 10 the whitness is the person who gives you the loan so that makes the boS void too, while you have this going you need to contact the high courts of london and ask them to suspend anything they have going, I got my car taken and my dad bought it back, and my dad told me to leave it but i aint going to on there paper work mobile money have made 3 errors on mine and i have all there paper work and everything from trading standers what makes it void! Only thing is mines in a million bits and had to tape it back together! Also you are intitled to 4 weeks hoilday/sick!

Contact trading standers, Also Citizens advise in your local area, And also if you contact the high courts of london they can tell you over the phone for free if they are planning on taking your car (i rang them this morning i was a day late but they still told me they was within there rights) Mobile money do have a reg number with them! But you can apply over the phone to suspend any plans of them taking it aswell, Do it by the book that way they can not take your car, If you contact Citizen advise they will give you the best legal aid and 9times out of 10 its a free serivce aswell if you go to normal solictor your going to get a big bill, they can not enter a building without a bailift but they will try saying they are one but honeslty they are not, they can not touch u either one of them went to push me away from my car till my father pulled up and said you touch my lil girl and i'll break your legs mate! Try your best to suspend any out going stuff with the high courts of london and while eva u have a suspension on going they cant take it! ive got loads of info from citzens advise and im going to try everything i can into getting my money i paid back to get my car back of the bastards!

I signed them yes but its not gone any of my copys, I phoned the high courts and the are regasted to do it with them but them puffs wot came to my house was the 2 guys from the office they was not bailift or anything, I will dig my paper work out again tonight and try and get it up, I'll do everything i can to get this company bck. I understand what you are saying but if it wasnt for my father seeing how much it upset me he would never of paid the money for me, people are not able to do it like i did, And i still do have to pay it back to me father some how, Im looking into everything i can to try and get something out of it there is noway im going to let mobile money get away with this, But even thou the bos is signed by 1 person it still is vaild they dont have my signature or anything either might of a picture but thats about it, My father said i had done it so i have to pay it im 22 and paid them £150 plus my dad paid £623. I took one out with mobile money too, They took my car not as easy as they wanted too me and my dad blocked them till police come and asked my dad to move the car, One guy rang me and threatened me and the other one being nice and offering me way round it, I fell behind on payments and they took my car, My dad offered them cash at side of road they wouldnt take it there and then, They phoned me yesturday and asked to speak to my dad which i told them what i thought of them and then i told my father they had called and he called them back and paid a fee of £623 and got my car back! ive phoned every1 i could and seems they are within there rights.

Just so you know i have done the same thing as you, Not for as much money mine was £400 tuesday night they took my car and my dad had to buy it back wensday which he did, I phoned all the high courts of london and solictors citezen advise everyone i could possibley think of who could help, Mobile money do take up everything by the book with the high courts, They do not need to be any independ whitnesses as you and the person who takes out the loan are both supposed to read the small print ect, I have aruge everything i could and checked to see if it was all filled out correctly and it was! But it was only me and the other guy too which i thought i could do something regarding that but i couldnt either! You have a 4 week cool off perioud which can be taken but you do need to start making payments or contact a manger and tell them you cant come up with it and offer a lower payment but then again you need to contact the high courts of london and ask them to suspend the sezie of your car, I moved address from where my loan was taken out and they found me! if you lock your car away they will just follow you and take it from work or a car park where you leave it they had been following me for about 2 week and took it after a hour of me coming in.

Morning Guy's, Some genuine info for you this morning! My dad bought my car back and i now have it with me (£625), For the BoS they do not have to have anyone there but you and the person who takes the loan out for you (obtained this info from the high courts of london) You take out a loan you are ment to read all the small print before signing! They do not need a independant witness as this is themself and they will also have cctv in action which will pick up your voice and theres! Trading standers can not tell you anything about the comapny unless you put it all in wrighting, You MUST contact the high courts to sespend the overheard on your car and let them know you have started making payments and they are late and if they think you are within your rights they will suspended the court order!

I took out a loan on my car with mobile money, I made 1st payment fine and then lost my job, My house, My god child at birth, My family and my mum n dad took my car off me because it wasnt taxed and i couldnt afford to do it, I blanked the calls from mobile money and wrote them a letter explain everything, I fell well behind on payments and one day a moible number called and i answered it was the "manger" He offered a one off payment of £400 which no 22 year old can come up with on the dole althou i did try, I couldnt do it so i set up a new payments of £50 till it was payed off my mum n dad gave me back my car and taxed insured it ect. On the 28th of October id just got home watchin tv and heard a recover truck (i had my car back about 2 weeks and they didnt know my new address or so i thought) i ran up stairs to see what it was and it was backing up to my car, I grabbed my mobile which they said was switched off and called my dad he told me not to let them take my car and he was on his way round i stood infront of the wagon where two sumg guys kept asking me to move but i wouldnt my dad got there and asked them what the F**k they was doing after they argue with my dad and my dad told them the loan wasnt even 4 me it was 4 my friend who didnt make any payments at the time i didnt know till i was even more in the **** and started to pay £50 a week which i shouldnt be able to afford on the dole but i struggled as my car is a one off and everything i had i put into my car, They still said they was in there rights to take my car as i had not made any paments at all i ran inside got my bank statment which i had made a 3 payments in total (behind i know) but the last one was on the 18th of this month! They told my dad to pay £725 and they would let me get my car back my dad told them where to go! every payment i made was never knocked off the bill! They called the police to move my dad car which after about 3 hours he did and they took it, They called me yesturday and asked 4 my dad to sort out a payment, £625! Which my dad paid to get my car back, Is there anyway i can do anything about this they said they have the High courts of london sealed bos which i never saw...!! Hiya Vickie, There was only one there doing mine too, It's your word against there's ive got all kind of numbers but your best of contacting the Jugdement courts to see if they have sealed the contract, they still have your signature to say you understood there tearms and condtions and what you was getting yourself into its harsh but the truth. If they have not they dont have a leg to stand on but if it is mobile money ive just been informed there is a high chance they do, I know theres alot of people putting diffrent things on here and there advise is good but its not correct, Contact the high courts and if they have done that the only way you can do it with out loosing out is selling the car. If you dont want to pay the £40 to the courts hpi your car and if it shows the car has finance they have done it by the book 9 times out of 10, And Please Please do contact trading standers and get them to check things over for you they was very helpful but i was just a day to late of taking the nexted step! I know how it feels scared to answer ur phone to them and stuff ive done it and the best thing i never even saw a penny of the money my god daughter passed away and my friend needed the money so i did it hoping she'd pay it back she didnt i lost my job home family over family stuff all at the same time and they set a new aggrement over phone and still did it, You have 4 weeks hoilday payment which i didnt even take and made a payment on the 18th of this month 10days ago and they took my car last night and after 24hours of tears and being on the phone im probley no closer to getting my car back, My car worth over 3000 bright pink fancey lights real head turn ect not what a normal 22 year could afford but i put everything i could in getting my car to wot i want and now its been taken away and there nothing i can do about it unless i pay 623 before 5 which no 22 year on the dole can do! Going thou trading standas ect could take upto a week so act fast! And just so you know they came to mine at 9 to take my car so please dont think its normal office hours your car is un safe because they can come whenever they like. Hope ive helped abit x

I have not spoken to the comany because i get too upset because they are always 1 step infront, If they have the forms from the high courts in london they CAN take your car they CAN NOT sell it within 7days of them recovering it by law, Within the 7days of them taking your car they have to come up with a final settlement fee which they have just offered my dad. And they have to put it in wrighting, Trooper68 thanks 4 the advise but have you had this done too you? Advise online is useless unless you are put in this place yourself, everyone is saying wot u can cant do but to be honest with you, If you owe a man in the street 100 pounds they can witheld anything you owe untill you have paid the amount in full. Ive been on the phone since 8 this morning spoken to everyone in every deparment possible to see if they are wrong or wight and too honest the are within there wrights unless they brake anything on my car.
