Update: Payday express have agree to let me repay over 5 months. PTP have said i have to send them proof of my debt management info, this will not happen, she said i have a month to pay the full amount or they will move it to a third party. Payday Uk have said they will contact me when it fails. Wonga and QQ have not replied yet

Hi All, I have emailed payday Uk, express and PTP and all have said to call. I called payday UK and they said nothig could be done until it failed when they try and they would not add on a charge is this correct?? Express i called and they said they would put me through but twice the line went dead, so i emailed them again, is this normal tactics? Pounds till payday i emailed constantly but no reply. All of them i changed my phone numbers online but will they use my old saved numbers? I have set up a new account which i had with an unused account and cancelled my card, the payments are due next week so i wanted to agree something before then? Are their tactics usual anything else i can do? shall i send them letters saying not to call me? any advice much appreciated

I changed my phone numbers on their site ready for when mine will fail next week, does anyone know if they keep your old numbers on file? Thanks
