Was Minster your choice or was that part of the policies that you guys got through the insurance broker, that you may or may not have known you were paying for until you had to make a claim? Could it be that Minster has a good relationship with the insurance companies and insurance brokers and act more to protect the insurance companies' interests than to protect its clients? This is my suspicion. They seem to use scare tactics such as telling clients that "they might not get much" or "might have to pay big another solicitor large fees" in order to get unsuspecting or weary clients [and potential clients] to go with them or accept what they're offering.
