hi ya just reading through they owe me between 10-15000 pounds in dlc and osc that does not include late fees ive been with them for 10yrs plus ive had 23 agreements and just like everyone else it was never an option and just added automaticaly i requested a copy of all my credit agreements head office said they are in shop but the manager is saying no passing the buck 2wks ago ive phoned no joy so i have been to cab they said they are legal but yesterday i recevied a letter from them to come back to the office to discuss if for them to help me complain i contacted the judge in the sunday mail he asked me to send a detailed letter about complain for him to investegate i did recorded and i also gave him a link to this website to see the evidence for himself i just dont see why they cannot give me my agreements and my money back i will get it cheers for listening

hi i have same problem ive been with them for 12yrs i have 23 agreements 4 on going and the rest paid off i requested a copy of them all including the origionals as i have had all them re written sent them recorded letter demanding all my osc back and a copy of all the above they dont return calls i was always under the impression i needed the osc to get the goods was not an option i knew it was wrong wit they are doing i telephoned head office regarding my letter and it is in the hands of their legal team i spoke to trading standards and he said i have the right to all my agreements but they said in the shop they only have 4 for the ones i have just now but the head office told me all my origional agreements are in my local store trying to mess me about they owe me thousands on osc alone i want every penny back at moment in limbo dont know what they are doing i want to take court action against them but i need help advice do you think i have them running scared i have not payed my acc for 4 month 1 default notice but why their legal team help what should i do

hi i have been a customer of bright house for mega years and payed thousands into them i have argued until i am blue in the face they dont listen my goods are just about paid for i went to pay amount left on my account and they refused because it was arears now they have threatened court order for the goods i have told them i would destroy them for the way they rip poor poeple off ive had my account re-written a few times but did not know you loose your rights to your origional agreement until i found this website optional service cover etc in all the years i have been told you must have and damage liability cover my 4 goods i have i have only used on my fire which was a fault on the fire so i have payed at least 3000 pounds to this insurance over 2 years i am going to get advice and possibily take them to court under unfair credit agreement amongst alot of other flaws in their agreement which have been brought to my eyes on this website and exploite them for what they have put people through preying on poor on benefits and find it hard to get credit theyre day has just come i knew i get them in the end with all the info on this website i thank everybody for sharing their horror stories about brighthouse what i cannot understand is why they have been getting away with this thanks
