I am wondering if this part of the process is necessary? I am a collector of bank statements and probably have them going back to when I opened the account. Presumably if I can copy all these and highlight the charges I could just send these to the bank with the Letter Before Action? Am wondering as I have just printed off the Data request letter and will be going to the post office in a minute to send it recorded to the One Chuchill Place address. Thanks MoneyMode
