Ozzy boy You were absolutly correct in all the previous posts even on the other forums, my case wasnt stat barred and it was dropped, they were virtually begging to drop all complaints, the way the ombudsman went was they have no juristiction to make a ruling, if they have no juristiction neither do the DCA, i believe that the DCA in question were quite a bit out of pocket if you get my drift (dont want to spell it out on here lol just in case they are still monitering hahahha, good luck to all :wink::wink:8)

hi guys recieved something that resembles a CCa today from Pie & Beer, funny how it turned up the same day as the deadline fos gave them to send info to them, it quiet clearly states that it is regulated by the consumer credit act 1974, which i believe is only able to be heard in a court in england or wales, no CCJ has ever been issued, can anyone confirm this, let you know what response fos come back with as soon as pos

Just a heads up guys, we put our complaint in to fos beginning of the month, we recieved a letter from Pie & beer's legal office (across the hallway this morning stating that they are no longer part of this organisation, and forward complaints to there in house complaint dept. looks like all will be going to AISC now i think, still not had a response from fos confirming this tho

definatly one for the privacy laws, they just get worse these guys, dont send the letter back to them whatever you do, nice piece of evidence that, also as stated in the forum dont get involved in any communication with them apart from in writing, was it a notice of entitlement or section 80, what state are you in?

dodgy (Fingers Crossed Not Checked Mail Today) since threatening them with legal action, in my last email, i got an email back from the senior manager i think it was (quite high in the rankings) im at work so cant remember his name, i havent heard anything and my credit file hasnt been touched, feel a bit guilty that im not gettin as much crap as all the other PFF, just hope everyone of us gets the result we all want, for P**** to curl up and Die the brickie
