from reading dsjulies reply she does appear to me to be thanking ellen for all her help - read it before you reply - she is obviously confused ! and in all this the best advice to anyone in an eviction case is SPEAK TO YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY!!!! last thing on earth they wanna do is evict you!!!! and everyone on here stop giving dsjulie a hard time - she is under considerable stress obviously !!!! grief thought you people were meant to be supportive???? and in reply - yes you can have to pay your redundancy money back if you are re-employed by the same employer within 1 year - check your facts first! and read the previous posts good luck dsjulie hope everything goes ok for you let us know and to everyone on here - read all the posts i think prior to you 'judging' all of you are incredibly rude!!!!! Hi been thru this myself - we has a suspended repossession. there are a lot of helpful websites about filling in the N244 form. it isn't that hard you just need to know how to fill it in. You also need to fill in a budget sheet - lie if you have to about incomings and outgoings.......just make it so it looks the best to get them off your back. The best thing you are doing is keeping in touch with the mortgage company. But get something in writing from them about it!!!!! We are currently 10 grand in arrears and we have managed to (just about) stop being evicted!!!! so there is lots of hope for you
