  1. We have a problem with a letting agency over our boiler (a month!) which they keep messing around with so we want to send a threatening letter. How can I go about this?..is there a template I can use?..Does anyone have any ideas?.. Has anyone else had problems with their agency? P.S. As I dont know which is the right forum, im posting this on several threads

  3. Okie dokie Thanks a lot!.. Is there a template for that sort of letter?
  4. Thanks, so concerning Apex, itself, I plan to write a letter explaining where RBS comes in. I plan on going to Natwest and speaking to them about this. Is this the best course of action to take?
  5. I just received EXACTLY the same letter!! (barring the amount)
  6. An update: Apex have now referred me to a solicitors asking for payment within 7 days or reason for non-payment despite the fact that they couldn't provide me with a CCA and instead referred me to RBS (who I have no connection to) So this situation is making me even more confused.. Any insight on what I can do?
  7. Well, I only have a debt with Natwest and Orange. No other, and like I said before I do not have any connection with RBS whatsoever. So this is why I am slightly confused. I will send a letter to Natwest asking them whats going on. In the mean-time do I just send apex the "prove it" letter? The Natwest debt is £1,007 Right, but who do I send the letter to?..Orange or this debt agency? And I owe them £277 which I can pay in full next month..but they are demanding it now :S...I am able to send a letter, but I dont know who to..
  8. Done. How about with Orange?...How do I resolve that? Im sure the letter is a scare-tactic. But should I give them a couple more days or do I reply for a second time requesting a CCA? Or, do I just send it to Orange? Oh and thanks for the welcome and for replying
  9. Well, I do not have an account with RBS. Only with Natwest? If I need to send the CCA request to the original lender, I would have to send it to Natwest, of course. This is why I dont know where RBS fits into this situation?
  10. Hello, I just wanted to say how helpful this site has been. But, I have a minor issue. Here goes. I owe Natwest some money and before I could go to them and work out a repayment plan, they referred me to a debt collection agency (Triton) so the first thing I did was request the credit agreement between the 2 companies using the cca. I got a template of the letter from here. After a while, I got a letter but from another company. This time Apex and I send them the same thing. They replied back saying I have to request the agreement from the principle company with whom the agreement was reached which is RBS?...I got confused because I do not have anything links with RBS. So I was wondering if someone could explain what that means? Second, I also owe Orange some money, but not much at all and like with Natwest before I could pay them back they referred me to an agency, I followed the same procedures and they replied with a notice of intended litigation saying that if I do not pay within a certain time they will take legal action against me and also stated that I must pay them back almost immediately to prevent this. It is almost like they ignored me? Can anyone give an insight into this matter.. Much appreciated
