Hi all, I sent a second template letter with bits of my own saying "I do not take thier letter at face value as thiers was a template letter was it not?". As that is why they rejected my letter to them. That was 2 weeks ago not heard a thing yet. This waiting for the next letter to arrive has got me in knots. So I hope they have given up but I dout it.

Hi, I just got my third letter saying that because I sent a template letter they are "disinclined to except at face value what I have said as it is simply a generic response". Yet they expect us to take their word that we did what they say we did. They have withdrawn their original offer and are going to pursue this matter against me further.The other pages of the letter says if I pay £350 within 21 days our client will waive any claim for costs. So what do I do next send them another copy of the letter template or write one out myself which wont be any good as I won't know what to say only that I did not download the song.

Hi Again, Thanks for the replies it was a help, only one thing puzzels me you say not to sign the LOD yet in the template it says "the letter should be signed to make it legally binding" I have signed mine but did not send it recored mail but I have kept a copy of the letter I sent.So why should I have not signed it?.

Hi, I got my second letter the other day. I did not reply to the first one as I was told it was a [problem].I can tell you I am getting worried about it all and have sent a LOD today. I am a 55 year old women and not too bright when it comes to computers so why would I download Sooter songs in the first place.I have read the letters on this forum and it's helped but I am still worried as I have not told any of this to my husband.Is there any other letter templates to send once you have had your 2nd or 3rd letter off them. Or do we keep sending the same one. Many thanks for all the advise from every one.
