Hope someone can help, i got a £60 parking ticket from Central Ticketing for returning to the same car park within a specifc time span. Actually it wasnt me actually driving they got my details from the dvla. So if they pursue you, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. The problem i have is that the person who was driving sent an appeal letter for the initial letter which was unsuccessful, You don't say, would have been surprising if it had been accepted. since then i have had a further letter from CT looking now for £85, and another from Roxburghe debt collectors who are looking for £181 for the civil parking notice and will pass the case onto there solicitor Graham White for legal action. Graham White are this forums joke legal company, you would have more to worry about a threatening letter from my Gran. Whats everyones thoughts on this, i had originally presumed the ticket was illegal hence the lack of correspondance on my behalf, any advice welcome........ The driver has written and I assume identified himself/herself to these clowns, if they choose to still pursue you that is where their whole case will fall. Ignore the free toilet paper and get on with your life.

My wife got a £60 ticket for returning to the same car park on the same day, we appealed the case in letter but got a reply back saying that the appeal had been unsuccessful and that the £60 should be paid within 10 days. Any thoughts on best way forward for this one ? ignore or continue the fight via letter, see how i didnt mention paying them.
